How does the Food Pantry help?
One of the main reasons Westmorland Community Food Pantry was founded in 2018 was to compensate for the greater Westmorland area’s struggles with basic needs. We’ve dedicated a lot of man-hours and invested countless resources to this charitable cause, and hope you’ll help us continue this work.
How do you Decrease Food Insecurity?
One of our main causes here at Westmorland Community Food Pantry is decreasing food insecurity, an issue that touches many lives, particularly those in the greater Westmorland area. We spend a significant portion of our resources on tackling this problem.
Is there other ways you support the youth?
As the back-to-school season approaches, the excitement of new beginnings and the promise of knowledge fill the air. However, for countless children and families facing financial hardships, this time of year can be a source of stress and worry. Inadequate access to school supplies and backpacks can hinder a child's academic progress and self-esteem.
